Our client, a large respected IT organisation is seeking First Level Technical Support Analysts to provide assistance to a range of external clients as well as supporting internal users. Ideally you will have at least 6months experience in a product support helpdesk environment. You will have excellent customer service skills as well as very clear communication skills. The Desired Experience Knowledge And Skills Include; -Working knowledge of operating systems -Working knowledge of PC hardware -Sound problem solving skills and logical troubleshooting skills -Experience in Microsoft Office 2000 Professional, Microsoft Office XP Professional and Microsoft Office 2003 -Good understanding of WAN/LAN -Understanding of Active Directory -Understanding of Citrix -Understanding of E-mail The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 6am - 11pm, Saturday 7am-7pm and Sunday 9am-5pm with a shift roster in place.
