The role Develop and articulates solutions based on a customer’s strategic business or technical requirements ascertained from working with Pre-Sales Teams. Design/planning and delivery of projects in support of day to day production requirements as well as disaster recovery delivery of migration and deployment of storage infrastructure based on strategies, policies, and procedures. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 + Years experience as solid Senior systems Engineer or a Solutions Architect with a strong Windows background and ideally good/fair Unix skills. Experience working within a Consulting role. Good SQL/Oracle experience working across Storage solutions and exposure to Backup software eg BrightStor, TSM, Legato, DataProtector or Backup exec. Experience with VMWare. Proven Technical Project Management experience in enterprise infrastructure projects. Excellent oral and documentation skills. Working under the direction of a senior consultant, you will manage small projects in a manner consistent with our project management methodology. You will help develop elements of Information Security Services as new offerings and assist other security proposition areas (ie Security Consulting, Identity and Access Management and Forensics & Litigation Support) if necessary. You will assist with pre-sales work where required and be given the opportunity to work towards becoming a recognised Information Security Expert in one or more areas. We seek candidates with over two years experience in a relevant information security consulting practise or in the information security (IS) function of a large enterprise. You will understand IS practises and be able to articulate the eleven practise areas of the IS body of knowledge and the key elements of the IS life cycle. Demonstrable experience in using multiple relevant software suites from a collection of different vendors is required with vendor certification as necessary. You will be able to gain and maintain a national security clearance (currently Highly Protected).
