You will have previous level 1 and 2 helpdesk experience, as well as: Video Conferencing experience or VC skills are essential. Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/Access/Powerpoint. Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. Professional telephone manner. You will be a team player with problem solving ability and good prioritising skills.
