(IT) Test Team Lead – Telecommunications

Rate: Excellent Salary + Bonuses   Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia   

This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the best in the business. You will be responsible for leading and managing the Integration team within the Test Integration Environment. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following: Detailed understanding of Telco networks, technologies and protocols Leading and managing the Test team Manage and coordinate the engagement of Test Integration resources in end-to-end network release testing Maintain responsibility for the quality assurance of testing conducted Propose and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the delivery on Project Testing outcomes. Review and/or sign off on release project test strategies and master test plans. Ensure Test Readiness Reviews and Test Summary Reports meet customer requirements, standards and expectations Mercury LoadRunner Rational Test Suites Your strong leadership experience with large scale projects along with excellent communication skills both conceptual and analytical is needed for this great new opportunity.
