(IT) Technical Team Leader


Rate: Excellent Rates   Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia   

This position is available due to the expansion of the team. They require the services of an experienced I.T Support Manager to join their team. This position will see you responsible for supporting improvements and implement processes, providing technical leadership to the team. Responsibilities; Manage operations of the team Supervise Support Engineers. Main point of escalation for team members. Working with other team leaders to leverage work loads effectively. Regular meetings to ensure issues, change controls and maintenance procedures are practiced Incident reports, dealing with issues with the service provided to customer accounts, issues, workload’s, projects and updates. Contribute in discussions for ongoing enhancements. Attending Server Management Leadership Team meetings. Make certain employees have a clear purpose and personal performance capacity. Provide training and development where needed developing plans for progressive enhancement. Progressive performance reviews for all staff Management, including recruitment, performance management and coaching. Responsibility, accountability, ownership of solutions and issues. Liaising with all levels of management within client and customer bases. Motivating and ensuring participation with customer focused teams and operational meetings. Taking an active role in leading projects and activities in the other areas. Ensure that staffs are adhering to all company standards. Maintaining standards for monitoring and regulation systems. Leading technical staff within multifaceted and operations and critical environments. Experience; ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). Microsoft Windows environments. Server 2000/2003.
