Problem Analyst North Ryde Location Immediate Start Perm Position My client a full Service provider of Information Technology and communications, currently requires an experienced Problem Analyst to join their team. As the Problem Analyst you will be responsible for identifying and investigating problems, maintaining the Problem Management ITIL process, producing monthly problem management reports, managing the operational groups problem management meetings, co-ordinate weekly meetings with incident manager and more.
