(IT) Cisco/Network Administrator: Level 2 – CBD Great Team Environment

The successful candidate will be a motivated, positive, enthusiastic and flexible team player with a strong customer service focus. This role has the overall responsibility for the Network and Voice Systems across the Asia-Pacific region and reports directly to the IT Manager. You will act as the network expert and be the top escalation point for all Network, Voice and Internet support. To be suitable for this highly specialised position, you must have: – A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role – Experience with Cisco routing and switching and have completed your CCNA – Very strong Cisco troubleshooting skills – Experience managing and maintaining the Microsoft Windows operating environment – Experience with Microsoft Windows XP – Previous experience with Microsoft Windows 2003 Server – Previous experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server – Previous experience with Active Directory – Patch management experience – A solid understanding and experience with Anti-Virus technologies Your key responsibilities will include: – Cisco Router, Switch and Wireless Design and Administration – Cisco IP Tel Administration – Windows 2003 Active Directory and Exchange administration – Manage backup and disaster recovery procedures – Technical support – Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation – Develop and maintain SOE This is an opportunity for the right person to further their career development and gain exposure to a wide range of industry sectors. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the IT Plan and Strategy across the Asia Pacific offices, including the design and implementation of new regional offices.
