(IT) Oracle Database Team Lead (C4)

Leading Telecommunications Organisation Join a Company that values a flexible working environment Up to $115k base + super + performance based bonus + benefits Our Client, a major player in its field, is looking for an experienced Oracle Database Team Lead to manage a group of Oracle Senior DBAs and perform the end to end management of databases. This will include database design, project build and delivery, day to day production support. Responsibilities include: As a senior member of the Database Services team, you will be leading a team of Database Solution Designers and System Analyst Supports to provide: Correction of problems in Production and non-Production operational systems, including root-cause analysis and implementation of permanent solutions Design, development, review, control and implementation of database solutions for core IT systems Database and server capacity analysis 24*7 database (Rostered support, within a large team, with incentives paid) and proactive monitoring for over 700 Production and non-Production databases Experience Required: Extensive commercial Oracle database administration experience in a large and complex production environment Sound knowledge with Microsoft SQLSERVER or MYSQL - highly desirable Strong experience in Technical Support planning & strategy Extensive database management experiences covering all aspect of Oracle database management Solid experience in Data archiving, migration and loading design and implementation If this sounds like you, please APPLY NOW and you will be contacted should your skills be suitable
