With a diverse client base, which is comprised mostly of small to medium sized organisations, they are the arms and legs of a host of company IT infrastructures. They are seeking an experienced and customer focused Helpdesk Officer. To be successful in this role you will have an excellent understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service in a helpdesk capacity. You will be able to troubleshoot a range of Microsoft and hardware issues and will demonstrate a genuine passion for technology. MSCE and CCNA will be highly regarded.
