(IT) ERP Applications Support Analyst - Pronto

This is a newly created role with exciting prospects for the successful candidate. We are seeking an experienced Support Analyst who has set up and supported a mid range ERP system. You will be responsible for the ongoing operation and support of our clients Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system finance applications, and liaise with 3rd party as well as internal resources to ensure optimum application support is achieved in territories. In addition to these key responsibilities you will need: Min 2 years experience supporting a Pronto ERP solution. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers, and technical and non-technical staff from all levels of the business. Investigating and analysing the businesses to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement to systems and processes. Experience in supporting a range of 3rd party software. Support skills gained on both process and functional issues. Experience of the implementation of a Pronto solution from scratch. Build and maintain good working relationships and communication channels with staff and service partners in our clients International territories.
