This is a fun environment with an existing team that requires someone who possesses between 6 months to 3 years experience.Working times: 40 hour working week (with 1 hour unpaid lunch) 9 hour shift work between 7.30am - 6.30pm as per rotating shift roster After hours stand by duty as per rotating on call roster Skills, Knowledge & Experience required for this position: 6 month to 3 Years help desk/Call centre experience Strong knowledge of Lotus Notes are a must! Exceptional customer service skills Excellent oral & written communication skills Experience in Software support will be required Scope of work: Working/adapting to a rotating shift environment with periodic overnight & weekend on call requirements. Dealing with huge range of functional areas and levels of individuals across the business. Supporting a vast range of technologies & applications - a lot of which are unique to TSSC Supporting complex hand held equipment used by the sales force This great opportunity is situated within a dynamic/fun support team and is for an immediate start.
