(IT) ServiceDesk Analyst


Location: Sydney, New South Wales

Attractive Salary $ - CBD location This publically listed Australian company, is seeking a strong Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact and provide technical support for their internal users. This role requires you to provide exceptional customer service and an ability to manage multiple support procedures. This is a great opportunity to enhance your technical ability as there will also be the opportunity to support projects such as network upgrades and rollouts. Day to day your responsibilities will include: Provide support for all PC and Laptop internal components and peripherals. Provide support on Black Berry and VOIP (Cisco Call Manager). Provide support on MS Windows, MS Office, Active Directory and Exchange. Adhere to established production and Service Desk procedures and practices. To be considered for this role you will have: A strong background in either Service or Help Desk environment. Previous experience supporting Blackberry and VOIP. A Support knowledge of Microsoft O/S and applications. A strong customer service orientation and a positive mindset. Previous experience in either financial services or property would be well regarded.
