(IT) Infrastructure Manager – Proactive Leader With A Technical Background

We are looking for an Infrastructure Manager with a technical background in Unix, VOIP, Exchange, Networking (Cisco/Citrix) to implement processes and technology to take this company’s Network and Infrastructure division to the next level. You will be process oriented (ITIL experience/qualifications preferred), organized, have a structured approach and a professional attitude. This company provides managed services and support to Non Bank Financial Institutions for Internet banking. Your immediate focus will be to. Begin full stabilisation of the area through identifying and implementing necessary policy and procedures, both internal and external relevant to the network and infrastructure division; Implement a costing methodology to identify actual overhead costs; Develop internal and external communications and management reporting; Provide more detailed on-going management of the workload; Undertake the development of a strategic and tactical plan for the long term directions of the network and infrastructure division.
