They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Network Support Specialist to join their growing IT team. Based in Lidcombe in new funky offices. Key responsibilities Upholds excellence in all Service Delivery and Service Management activities in accordance with ITIL principles Contributes to the development and implementation of information technology strategy. Works with the IT Director, Pacific and Senior Solutions Architect to develop innovative and leading-edge technology solutions. Manages supplier relationships to ensure SLA’s are met Manages infrastructure projects Establishes a best practice Service Desk Requirements Extensive IT infrastructure and technology management experience ITIL certified Must have experience supporting Citrix, MS, Linux and VMware. Knowledge and experience in of Web technologies Comfortable working in a team environment Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal This is an excellent opportunity for some one who’s in a Helpdesk team lead role wanting to step up and be a part of a successful global organisation!
