(IT) Cisco Network Analysts (mulitiple Roles)

Due to growth and newly acquired projects, multiple permanent opportunities exists Cisco Network Analysts are required to undertake a range of duties that may involve the monitoring of customer voice, data and Server networks, network analysis and configuration design. Take ownership of network incidents escalated and identify actions required to resolve Identify improvement options and prepare detailed technical documents to support recommendations Formulate and perform acceptance testing of new network hardware Provide advanced technical support Plan, schedule and implement network hardware maintenance requirements and upgrades Attend customer meetings and provide an interface for communication for changing customer needs and operational capabilities Knowledge and experience: 1-2 years relevant experience working in a NOC-Network Operations Centre Day to day management of multiple site environments compromising Cisco Routers/Switches, Cisco Wireless LAN devices and PacketShaper appliances CCNA/CCNP Be part of a passionate and collaborative workforce!
