(IT) Systems Support Specialist

Location: Wellington, NZ   

Do you have a solid background in applications support? Is this complemented by experience in systems administration or other infrastructure support? You will be responsible for second and third level applications and systems support, administration, monitoring and maintenance. This extends to the identification, resolution and escalation of production issues and ensuring the ongoing efficient and effective operation of supported systems. You should have experience in systems administration, maintenance and development in a complex systems environment. Any experience or knowledge of software development, Scripting and messaging systems would be highly beneficial.
