You will ideally have experience in one of the following areas: Electricity or Gas utility Telecommunications Call Centre or Billing environment ERP, CIS, CRM or Billing vendor or service provider To be successful in this role you must have strong analytical skills, in depth industry knowledge and a proven ability in documentation and providing software training to internal and external customers.
