In this role, you will be working along-side a great team of billing analysts that can help you in further developing your career, with an organisation which offers long-term career benefits. In this role, you will be involved in designing implementing Billing functionality through the configuration of system database tables. This will involve analysing the requirements for the billing of services, both standard plans for new products (high complexity) and customer specific pricing (medium complexity). You will also have the responsibility of mentoring and managing other configuration analysts including the assignment and review of their work. The position will also involve designing the best solutions based on your detailed knowledge of the capabilities supported by the Billing system as well as Implementing and testing solutions to confirm correct operation. You will contribute to the development of standards and procedures for system configuration and ensure order entry support groups are well briefed and able to use new configuration. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of Telco billing principles and the application of this knowledge via package software application (eg Single. View, Amdocs, Kenan). They will also be IT savvy and have good skills mainly with database structures and SQL as well a Technical degree.
