This large IT outsourcer is seeking an Operator. There is a position for a Computer Operator to join this team based out in Rhodes. Key Responsibilities: Extract and transmission of various customer data files to meet deadlines Providing quality first level internal and external support. Carry out maintenance/house keeping on systems as required Reporting and logging of all issues and calls Problem Management and Escalation Review and update operational procedures Providing technical knowledge of the operations functions Personal Attributes Sought: Excellent work ethic/common sense approach to work challenges Good communication skill both verbal and written. Ability to work well within a team and under stress Ability to work unsupervised Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies Willingness to work outside normal shift hours (overtime) Hours.24*7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am. 4 days on, 3 days off or 3 days on, 4 days off.
