(IT) C++ Developer - Trading Applications
Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Key responsibilities: To develop, implement and maintain market gateway application suite 3rd level support shared between a team of 3 for all systems Market connectivity of the Whitebox arbitrage engine to new exchanges (primarily Europe) Strategic developments for wider user function within the equities environment Algorithmic Trading Integration Interfacing of additional in house applications for the purpose of market connectivity To provide technical and architectural consulting services to the Equities Front Office business and core IT group Integration work such as interfacing to front and Back Office systems to new risk system Key requirements: Solid experience developing in Microsoft Visual C++ Visual Basic .NET Previous experience using Reuters SSL, SFC, RFA Knowledge of FIX protocol version (4.0 - 4.3) Previous experience in an investment banking environment Relevant tertiary qualifications Ability to undertake after hours on call support Please send your CV to: (see below), or call Tenneille Fowler on 9250 8030 for further information.
