(IT) Nortel VoIP Engineer

Rate: 65k   Location: Sydney, New South Wales   

Do you have a strong background in Nortel VOIP, routing and switching? Are you looking for a challenging role to start ASAP? Do you have solid experience with Nortel BCM, CS1K and contact centres? If yes, this could be the role for you! Working alongside Cisco and other Nortel engineers, you would be responsible for large scale Nortel IP Telephony support within a high security environment. This role requires all employees to be Australian Citizens as you must be able to attain high level government security clearance. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in: Nortel CS1K, BCM and VOIP; Nortel routing and switching; Nortel Contact centre knowledge or experience in general Nortel IP Telephony; Cisco switching and routing; General LAN, WAN knowledge. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is an ability to work on a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster. Any industry certifications (eg. NCSS, NCSE, CCNA or MCP) would be highly sought after.
