Our client is a large private organisation seeking an experienced Service Desk Manger to be responsible for service delivery including SLA management, staff management and management reporting. Responsibilities will include Involvement in client liaison Providing advice to management regarding the capabilities and operational status of the support service Providing general advice to support team and handling escalated client problems, queries and complaints in an effective and timely manner Monitoring all user problems reported to the Service Desk Managing the production of records reflecting Service Desk and job stream statistics Developing the technical and service skills of the Service Desk Team Ideally the successful Candidate will have a background in the following Demonstrated detailed understanding of Service Desk/Customer Support process Highly developed and demonstrated leadership skills Demonstrated commitment to the provision of excellent customer support Proven ability to work within targets and deadlines and with minimum supervision Excellent communication skills both written and oral Demonstrated ability to manage staff with diverse backgrounds, experience and education In order to be eligible for this position Candidates are required to be Australian Citizens in order to gain a Security Clearance.

For our direct client in the Energy Sector in Western Australia we are looking for a Supply Chain analyst. As a SAP Supply Chain Analyst you will analyse business processes and proactively provide innovative SAP solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and quality of their execution. You will deliver new SAP functionality/products resulting in improved efficiency of business processes and quality of information and act as a front line adviser to SAP users for the effective use of implemented SAP functionality and execution of business processes. The position is for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Analyst with strong functional knowledge of Remote Logistics Management and Inventory Management. Relevant business experience and at least 5 years SAP R/3 support experience is essential. SAP ERP 6.0 experience will be beneficial. Exposure to Oil and Gas is great but previous experience in warehousing, distribution, transportation or site management would be accepted. My client is ideally looking for someone with superior analytical skills. The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with staff and management at all levels, have strong analytical skills, demonstrable experience in complex problem solving, be able to work under pressure and can manage conflicting priorities and deadlines. For our direct client, in the Energy sector we are looking to source a SAP Finance Functional Team Lead. As the SAP Finance Functional lead you will be responsible for internal account management, strategic consulting on SAP enabled business processes and the delivery of SAP Services in support of Finance processes. You will become actively involved in the promoting of process improvement through SAP delivered best practice, analysing business processes and proactively providing strategic and innovative SAP solutions. In addition, you will be required to deliver and consult on the application of new SAP functionality. This position involves direct management and development of the SAP Finance Analysts. You will have extensive experience delivering and supporting ERP applications and detailed SAP product knowledge in Financial Accounting, Controlling, Joint Venture Accounting, Consolidation and Budgeting. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in leading a small team of professional staff and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. A team player, you will be a self motivated, committed and results orientated individual. Apart from wide SAP and business experience, the team lead must be able to demonstrate their experience in leading a team of professional staff and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Salary package is around $160k, including a car allowance, health allowance and an annual performance pay. Superannuation contributions are made at 14% rather than the 9% required by statute.
