Attractive Salary Permanent Darwin Senior System Engineer My client is a leading state wide Integration Company providing services across Australia. My client is in need of a multi talented Senior Engineer to play a key role in Project development and training of Engineers. You will be required to lead and train a team of talented engineers that are already achieving great results. This role will required you to support a Microsoft and Cisco orientated environment working with a broad range of clients including the Northern Territory Government. This role is client orientated so communication skills are of the utmost importance. You will be dealing with clients coming up with solutions for the infrastructure and technical problems. Key responsibilities of the role: Provide Level 3 Technical Support Apply your project management skills in the implementation of system roll outs Research and develop new products and solutions for your clients to provide them with the best possible solution Provide training and mentoring to develop the technical skills of other technical staff members Ideally the successful applicant will have a background in the following areas: Extensive experience in network administration and engineering experience. Demonstrated background in providing Network Engineering design solutions Proven skills in networking technologies from Cisco and other networking vendors. Network Security technologies. Proficiency in Wireless Infrastructure, Voice and Security. Proficiency in WAN Routing Protocols and carrier solutions. Technical and Project leadership Qualifications/Experience desired: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
