Career development opportunities Great team environment Good Salary Are you a support professional? Our client requires a Helpdesk Analyst. You will be working on First Line Queries. Daily Task/Duties: Provide 1st level technical support to end users Log all queries Resolve (including management of escalation) issues according to SLA’s Complete all assigned tasks within service level agreement Required Skills: Must have excellent customer service skills and strong technical knowledge Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills Excellent telephone and face to face manner Proven problem solving skills Must be motivated, committed and of high integrity A Team player who is able to share knowledge and work with a team. Skills/Knowledge: 1.5 years+ experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support Role Experience and knowledge with PC hardware support (Dell, IBM, Desktops and Laptops) Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite Experience administrating using Active Directory Some exposure to Microsoft Exchange 5.5/2003 Server Administration APPLY NOW THIS POSITION IS URGENT.
