(IT) CCP Technical Specialist – Contact Centre – Leading ICT Vendor


Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia   

Our client an Australian IT Services business, operating across the Australasian region is seeking an experienced CCP Technical Specialist to provide CC operational, testing support and after hours call out support for their clients. You will be focussing on providing 2nd and 3rd level contact centre support to the Enterprise Management Centre (EMC) for Network, Application and Hardware issues/faults. You will offer the following experience: Hands on experience for voice, contact centre and data equipment including Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, NEC, Ericsson etc. Solid experience with Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager (ICM) and (IPCC). Experience working in a similar role within a Contact/Call centre. Good understanding of protocols and systems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
