(IT) Technical Lead - Prod Support And Maintenance

Working in the role of Technical Lead - Prod Support and Maintenance your key responsibilities include: - Manage the Production technical architecture and support team of 35 to 40 people - Oversee the resolution of Production incidents, root-cause analysis of technical issues, and coordination of technical changes in the Production environment - Manage support for deployment of software releases to the Production applications, including Siebel, Kenan, Tibco, Business Objects, Tribold, and Oracle DBMS - Conduct pro-active maintenance and other risk reduction strategies to improve system reliability - Define and enforce organizational structure, processes, and policies for the technical services team - Develop and maintain successful relationships with client operations and technical senior management, application development/support leads, and third party providers - Perform resource management, project planning, and production support process oversight for the technical team - Conduct interviews and perform hiring of support team personnel - Conduct personnel performance appraisals, career mentoring, and staff development - Ideally, you will hold Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and have Superior interpersonal and relationship management skills including sophisticated negotiation, influencing and consulting skills. You will be able to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Interpersonally, you are results orientated and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
