(IT) Siebel Technical Lead - Prod Support And Maintenance

Working in the role of Siebel Technical Lead - Prod Support and Maintenance your key responsibilities include: - Manage the Melbourne-based Siebel technical support team (2-3 resources) - Coordinate and manage the work of the offshore Siebel technical support team (3-4 resources) - Coordinate with the Siebel application support team, incident management, and client service management teams for incident resolution and status updates - Drive the analysis of Siebel technical issues, and coordination of technical changes in the Production environment - Manage deployment of software releases to the Production Siebel application - Drive daily handovers between onshore and offshore Siebel teams for incident and problem resolution - Provide leadership and guidance for more junior team members - Ideally, you will hold Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and have Superior interpersonal and relationship management skills including sophisticated negotiation, influencing and consulting skills. You will be able to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Interpersonally, you are results orientated and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
