(IT) Prod Support Monitoring Lead

Working in the role of Prod Support Monitoring Lead your key responsibilities include: People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Application Outsourcing (AO) incorporates skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing Legacy systems for our clients. Professional Skill Requirements: Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills. Must display professionalism and confidence. Excellent customer service skills. Proven global expertise and perspective; executive level presence and influence. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills. Excellent business acumen and industry acumen. Ideally, you will hold Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and have Superior interpersonal and relationship management skills including sophisticated negotiation, influencing and consulting skills. You will be able to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Interpersonally, you are results orientated and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
