(IT) Graduate VB Developer/Help Desk Analyst X 2


Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia   

Join this friendly organisation and undertake both help desk support and VBA development in this varied and exciting role! Key responsibilities: Assist users troubleshooting general PC, Network and Phone problems Set up new Users and Workstations Facilitate daily backups and basic Server administration Maintaining and modifying existing Access databases. Developing new databases as required Database reporting. Supporting Senior Programmer. Key requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications. Strong analytical problem solving skills. Ability to think logically methodically. An eye for detail Advanced MS Office 2000 skills. Strong MS Access Excel 2000 skills. Previous experience in MS Office VBA development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic Server knowledge - backups, recovery and user administration. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
