Rate: 43k   Location: Brisbane, Queensland   

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Support Specialist to join a global leader who believes in a work/life balance and rewarding employees for their hard work.This position is for an experienced Service Desk Support Analyst with at least 1 year commercial experience in this role. In this position you will be responsible for providing support to the Asia-pacific region as well as Australia-wide. To be eligible for this position you will have the following: Active Directory skills/experience Understanding of TCP/IP The ability and desire to be a part of a team! Experience with Internet Explorer configuration (ie Proxy settings) Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will see you well-rewarded.
