(IT) Account Manager - 200k

Rate: 200k   Location: Melbourne Inner, Victoria   

City location Attractive salary package $ Excellent support Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to ensure the proactive management of client relationships, financial reporting and ensuring SLA targets and objectives are being met for clients in the manufacturing and consumer markets. Major responsibilities of your role will include the following: Maintain key customer contacts , service accounts and build account strategies including keeping them informed of new product developments Reporting all project statuses to Client Services Manager, including envisaged problems, budgets overruns or delays to schedules Solution Selling services and system integration experience Enterprise solutions experience Working with clients to understand their strategic business requirements Prepare sales proposals and tender responses, and deliver professional presentations Assist with project portfolio modelling and analysis Participate in product development, marketing and client education activities To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills, knowledge and experience: Experience in effectively planning and managing strategic relationships with clients Must have experience with providing business solution in infrastructure space including : Mainframe, Network, Desktop,servers and operating systems. Ideally coming from a consulting background Excellent team leading and team building skills Strong negotiation skills Demonstrated advanced problem solving skills Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written Ability to take ownership of internal and external customers’ concerns and take appropriate actions Commercial awareness relating to client plans and opportunities If you enjoy a role where you see immediate results and where your customers value service then this is the role for you.
