(IT) Helpdesk Support


Location: Adelaide, South Australia   

This successful South Australian owned and operated company provides network support and consulting services to their clients both here in Adelaide and interstate. As a result of their increasing client base a fantastic opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic IT professional that stands out from the crowd to join the team. Working within a small helpdesk team you will utilise your excellent customer service focus and professionalism to provide technical support to their client base over the phone. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and a sound trouble-shooting ability. Ideally you will have industry certifications or a particular area of interest, whether it be Microsoft, Linux, Novell, Citrix or Storage. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to move into an on-site engineering role as they grow and develop with the company. This role would suit a motivated IT graduate with some proven commercial user support experience or industry certifications who is looking for a role with career advancement and training opportunities within a well-respected organisation.
