(IT) Web Application Support - SQL - Excellent Training

Rate: 55 - 60k + Super   Location: Pymble, New South Wales   

Working for a global vendor of enterprise level CRM and analytics software you will be responsible for providing 2nd level technical support to major corporate clients based throughout Australia. Working as part of a dedicated support team you will focus on a few key clients and will develop long term relationships with key users. You will need to bring to the team the following experience Excellent SQL Scripting experience A broad range of technical experience including JavaScript, HTML, Visual Basic and RDBMS Solid application support experience Outstanding communication and problem solving skills This is a challenging role that will offer you a varied workload, exposure to cutting edge CRM software and excellent technical training (including exposure to the new software release which will be developed in .NET technology) You will work for a globally recognised organisation and will be part of a great, close team.
