(IT) Desktop Support - Up to $55K pack (inc. super) - Wynyard location

You will have the opportunity to join a vibrant and young support team comprising of 9 people as a Desktop Support Analyst. You will be supporting approximately 3000 users in a level 2 capacity while also being the escalation point for other Helpdesk team members. This role will see you exposed to many of the different areas of IT including Server administration and applications support, as well as some limited project support such as new site equipment installations. Your background will comprise of the following: A proven track record in corporate support with skills in Windows 2000 and XP. Experience administering accounts in Active Directory Microsoft Server environment exposure (Windows NT, 2000 and 2003 servers). Experience supporting Citrix, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer ideal. Good understanding of networking and TCP/IP environments. Attention to detail and a proven customer service background.
