(IT) Helpdesk Support Consultant For Multinational Accounting Software Co.

The client we represent is a global provider of software solutions for chartered accounting firms. They are looking for a helpdesk consultant to join the accounting division team to assist the resolution of queries in regards to various products. As the client helpdesk support analyst, you will report to the team leader and be responsible for consulting, quality support, implementation and training services on various accounting software packages. Your responsibilities will specifically include: Provide high quality assistance and support to clients by answering phone, email and backlog queries Troubleshoot client queries and where appropriate work with the development divisions for assistance in resolving issues Be involved in the testing of new releases to test usability of the product and troubleshoot for any bugs Assist consulting teams with the delivery of installations, training and implementation of the chartered accounting product range as required Document any new workarounds or solutions to queries, which can be published on our searchable client knowledgebase To be successful in this role, you will preferably be studying towards or completed an accounting or IT certification. Ideally they are seeking someone with experience of working within an accountancy firm.
