(IT) Helpdesk - Media Organisation - Software Focus - $45,000 - Sydney CBD

Rate: 45k   Location: Sydney   

Due to growth in the business I have an opening for an experienced helpdesk candidate to join a leading Sydney based Media Organisation. The position will report directly to the Business Analyst and will involve a particular focus on supporting the media applications throughout the business. Key Responsibilities: Support, troubleshoot and problems solving of all media applications. Liaise with various parties including software vendors and the IT Support team. Training of new staff. Development of training materials. Ideally the successful candidate will have: 6 months Helpdesk Experience. Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to cope under pressure. Ability to multi task. Any media or training experience will be highly regarded but not essential. All training required will be provided enabling you to come up to speed in a short period of time.
