(IT) Service Desk - Level 1-2 Application Support


Location: CBD, Melbourne   

An exciting opportunity exists to join a dynamic Service Desk team within a National Outsourcing organisation. Your role will be to provide 1st to 2nd level support services to a wide variety of clients and service lines Australia-wide. Working as an integral member of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for the day to day resolution, management escalation of cases received from the diverse customer base; primarily via telephone as well as electronically. Experience in the following is highly regarded: Active Directory Call logging software ie Heat, Remedy, Infra Windows XP, 2000 and NT Remote support Tools ie PC Anywhere, Remote desktop Dial-up networking Experience working on busy help desk Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Please contact Ian Coppens on 03 8080 7209 for further information and send your relevant CV to (see below)
