My Client, a leading National Services organisation is looking to secure a IP Telephony Engineer to join their Professional Services team. In this role you will be responsible for the Design, Implementation and troubleshooting of IP Telephony for Enterprise Clients. To be successful in this role you will have Design, Implementation and troubleshooting experience around: Cisco Callmanager, Express and Unity. QOS. IPCC. Industry Certifications. Pre Sales (desired but not essential). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential as you will be liaising with all levels of the organisation’s hierarchy. This is a great opportunity to work for a’ mover and shaker’ in the IT industry and work with many Enterprise clients.
