A brilliant opportunity is now available to join one of the leading organisations on the Gold Coast as part of their 24/7 Helpdesk. As the title of the role suggests, this position is working in an around the clock environment so you will be expected to complete shift work. Many of the IT staff have begun their blossoming careers on the 24/7 Helpdesk as the company loves to promote from within. This is a fantastic chance to continue the budding start you have made to your career and develop it further. You will be expected to provide phone support to internal customers on a range of predominately Microsoft issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring systems and Servers and changing tapes through the night. As the position is heavily customer oriented, your communication skills need to be second to none.
