My client is looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to work within this Infrastructure Department of this Global Communication Company based in their bright, cosmopolitan offices. You will be reporting directly into the Infrastructure Manager . Your role will be to support the infrastructure group and the system issues related to this area. . The main focus of the position is the implementation, ongoing management and support of all the IT Hardware, Operating Systems and associated software in the Wintel space. . The infrastructure Servers support all aspects of the infrastructure Servers set that run on the Microsoft Operating System. This includes Hardware, Operating Systems, Utilities, Applications and clients running on the LAN/WAN aspects of connectivity to End Users, Customers, Suppliers and Partners. Essentials . Industry qualified or appropriate Industry Experience . MSCE, MCA, MCP . Experience of rolling out HP OpenView across enterprise architecture . Min 5 years commercial Full time experience in IT . Min 3yrs providing 2nd and 3rd level support for infrastructure services Intel Hardware and Microsoft Operating Systems, Applications and Utilities . Solid Exposure in a min of 6 of the below technologies:Active Directory/Group Policy Skills . Remote Installation Services . Windows 2003 Server . Exchange 2003 Server . Citrix Server . HP OpenView . MIMESweeper . Websense . ISA 2004 . Sophos AV . MS SMS 2003 . SQL 2000 (desired)EMC SAN/HP Servers . VM Ware . Experience of Call Centre/Communication .
