Your role will be to: - Assisting business users with the completion of budget forecasting - Assisting with the maintenance of metadata, system security in Hyperion environment - Monitor assist with the improvement of Hyperion environment application system performance - Assist with the maintenance of corporate and regional reports and templates - Provide issue incident support and documentation in accordance with internal governance processes - Maintain and develop change log as well as help desk request issues log - Further develop processes for call and request/issue logging and tracking from opening through to resolution - Solid Understanding of SQL and JavaScript is considered highly advantageous Your future looks bright here!
