(IT) Desktop Support - 1st/2nd Level - Investment Bank


Rate: Up To $75k + Bonus   Location: Sydney CBD   

Windows XP - Reuters - Bloomberg - Trade Floor Support. Are you a Helpdesk Analyst working in a professional services, Windows based environment? Or perhaps a Desktop Engineer keen to make the move into investment banking? Our client is a global bank, and has a unique opportunity for a committed and professional support analyst to join its hard-working team. You should have at least 18 months experience of supporting users on hardware, software and applications, in a Windows environment. Ideally you will currently be working in a bank and be familiar with market data applications such as Reuters and Bloomberg, and have experience of supporting traders on a day-to-day basis. Applications will be considered, though, from candidates without banking experience, but who show the enthusiasm and potential to “make the grade” in the challenging but rewarding investment banking arena. Essentially, need excellent client-facing and communication skills and be extremely well presented.
