Our client is seeking a Customer Services Analyst to be a part of the customer service Team. As a part of this dynamic and professional team, you will be the first point of call, prior to excalation to the IT Helpdesk Team. In this role you will be: Staffing the front desk and handling all customer visits in this busy corporate environment Assisting the Asset Co-ordinator and updating the database Providing administrative support to the service desk Logging and processing requests and incidents You must possess: Proven customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and be well organised Be a strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Be able to meet tight deadlines IT degree will be highly regarded A fantastic entry-level opportunity.
