(IT) Cisco Pre-Sales Solutions Architect/Cisco IP Telephony - $160K Pack

Our client is a leading Managed Services organisation and is focused on finding and retaining quality staff, developing training people to meet personal and business goals as well as encourage a work life balance. To help reach business goals they are currently seeking an experienced Cisco Pre-Sales Solutions Architect/Cisco IP Telephony to join their Consulting Services team. To succeed in this role you must have industry leading experience in IP Communications with a strong Cisco focus. You will also need to be self motivating and able to technically manage entire engagements from Pre-Sales to implementation so demonstrated project implementation experience is also required. In this role you will p rovide IP Communication design, performance engineering and architectural deployment management for large scale IP Telephony solutions, you will manage technical deployment, solution audits, analysis and diagnosis of complex voice and associated applications, evaluate the effectiveness of consulting work provided to the client assess its effectiveness in terms of client and user satisfaction etc. To be considered for this opportunity you will have: 6 to 8 years’ experience in LAN/WAN Networking IP Telephony Demonstrated experience Solutions Architecture including involvement in pre-sales activities Will hold at least one Cisco certification (typically CCNP, CCVP or progressing to CCIE). Highly specialised and extensive expertise in the outsourcing environment. Professional presentation and communication skills. You will also be experienced in several of the following technologies: Cisco IPT/IPCC Express, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, CME, Windows 2000, SQL, SRST, E-911, H323, MGCP, SIP, QOS, Wide range of knowledge on multiple TDM based PBX/ACD platforms.
