(IT) Test Manager - Financial Markets/Trading Systems Area - Global Investm

Rate: $110-130K AUS + Banking Bonus   Location: Sydney CBD, New South Wales   

Experienced Test Manager with large, complex blue-chip test management exp Run the Test function across the entire on-line trading area (multiple teams) To $150K package + bonus Test Manager - Investment Bank/Equities trading area. Pivotal Test Management role to lead Testing across three retail trading/on-line trading Equities businesses. We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with the ability and drive to build a first class testing capability & recruit a team to support. The Test Manager will work directly with the Development, BA and Business teams & will have responsibility for building and managing the testing function. The will include driving test quality standards, man management, testing and reporting processes and operations.You will have:experience as a Test Manager of multiple teams, with in-depth testing experience, ideally with a background in financial services, specifically financial markets. However a solid blue-chip technology background will suffice comfort in a fast paced, commercial, delivery driven and highly ambitious business excellent people management skills excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients, business, developers, senior managers and other team members clear, pragmatic and context aware understanding of the testing function strong sense of ownership and self motivation, with a passion for delivering quality strong attention to detail and high analytical ability experience at the testing coal face. Preparing, executing and managing test design/test cases, data, strategies, plans and schedules experience with test management and automation tools, ideally the Mercury suite. Candidates must have A1 written & verbal communication, with a demonstrable track record in blue-chip corporate technology test management & the gravitas/experience to influence & engage at technology & business management level.
