Due to rapid growth they currently require a Office Administrator/Manager to join their newly created busy office based in Sydney . As the Office Administrator/Manager you will be responsible for all reception, administrative and organisational aspects, whilst offering administrative support to the entire department. To be considered for this role you must have: Minimum 3 years experience in an reception/administrative role Excellent organisational and administration skills Effective time management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation High level of proficiency in office technology esp. MS Word and PowerPoint, with Excel and Visio preferred To be successful as the Administrator/Manager you will have a positive and friendly disposition and enjoy both working autonomously as well as part of a team. You will have exceptional phone manner, organisational and coordination skills and enjoy supporting a variety of team members in a variety of different tasks.
