My client, a leading investment bank is looking for a switched on Application support analyst who has a passion for customer service and high attention to detail. This is a busy multiple applications environment no day is ever the same. Duties: Technical support of Web based systems Reviewing and improving operational processes and procedures Assessment of change requests for impact on online systems Ensuring user requests are attended to in a timely manner Skills: It is mandatory that you have previously worked in a large complex applications environment. Excellent communication skills are a must Unix SQL Desirable: Technical experience with JBOSS, Weblogic Be able to support scripts such as Shell, Perl and VB Previous experience within Financial services.
