(IT) Business Reporting Analyst - Excel VBA/Cognos - Western Sydney

Rate: Up To $100k Package   Location: Sydney, Western Suburbs   

Reporting - Business Analysis - Development - Support - Cognos - Excel - VBA - Accounting. This large national corporate, with its head office based in Western Sydney, requires an experienced Business Reporting Analyst to play a lead role in driving the efficiency of mission-critical reporting systems. You will provide a key link between IT and the business to support, enhance and develop functionality to ensure the systems provide optimum support to the business users. Your role will incorporate day-to-day support of systems, enhancement of coding, analysis of new development, training of end-users, business analysis, and consulting as to planning and improvements for the systems, and for the business reporting function as a whole. You will have cross-functional skills in IT (Excel VBA and cube-building in Cognos or a similar BI tool), Accounting (ideally you will have formal qualifications) and Business Analysis (strong communication skills are vital to this role).
