(IT) Team Leader - Windows

Location: Sydney   

Our client, a leader in the IT Services Industry, is seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of Windows Server Engineers. As the Team Leader of the group, your responsibilities will include: Supervision of day to tasks of the engineers Mentoring and development of team members Monitoring of call management queues for Incidents, Problems and Change requests Escalation point for Service Delivery Managers and Clients Report generation including SLA’s, Incident, staff productivity reports Ensuring appropriate backup, recovery and contingency procedures are in place To be successful in this role you will need 2 - 4 years experience as a team leader managing a team of Windows Server Engineers with a background as a Technical Systems Engineer. You will have worked in an outsourcing environment providing support to clients an in ITIL environment. You have strong communication skills, the ability to lead and motivate a team as well as strong client relationship skills.
