(IT) Christian Charity Seeks Talented System Applications Support Analyst

Location: Sydney North Shore, New South Wales   

This Christian charity’s community spirit is second to none. Their projects bring much needed support to the elderly and the most vulnerable in the community. As part of a major expansion program driven by growth in demand they are seeking two additional Application/Support Analysts. Working in their modern offices on the North Shore, but with offices around NSW, this broad ranging position will see you playing a key role in the modernisation and expansion of this not for profit organisation. Although most of your role will be based in HQ you will be required to visit the other remote offices for upgrades, training and support, so a driving license and car are essential. Essential Skills and Attributes required: Positive caring and harmonious attitude. Excellent communications skills. Willingness to provide technical support both in person or via the phone. A minimum of two years implementation and support experience in a third party vendor situation. Solid Citrix Software experience. Minimum of two years development experience on MS SQL Server. Previous Web Based applications support and development experience MS SQL. Previous exposure to or knowledge of Client Administration Software. Experience in or knowledge of Helpdesk logging software Knowledge of/Experience in ITIL framework. Clean drivers license. Exposure to or knowledge of Trim and/or TCM Desirable Qualifications: ITL foundations certificate MCP and or MCDBA. This versatile role will suit a talented systems Support specialist who wants more then just a salary out of job.
